1) What’s Covered

This policy applies to all purchases made directly from Rorahub.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially not as described, you’re entitled to a full remedy under this policy and applicable consumer protection laws.


2) Return Window & Condition

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition

  • In original packaging with all components and accessories included

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-returnable items (unless defective or not as described):

  • Products that have been used, worn, or altered

  • Items marked “Final Sale” at checkout or on the product page

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Gift cards


3) How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email support@rorahub.com within the 30-day window.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • Photos if the item is damaged or defective

We’ll respond with a Return Authorization (RMA) and instructions.
Do not ship any items back without an RMA, as unapproved returns may not be accepted.


4) Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of mind / not a fit: You pay return shipping. We can provide a prepaid return label and deduct the label cost from your refund (we’ll confirm the amount before you decide).

  • Damaged, defective, or not as described: Rorahub covers the return shipping or may offer a no-return refund or replacement when appropriate.


5) “Free Shipping” Items & Shipping Refunds

When a product is sold with “Free Shipping,” the cost of outbound shipping is included in the product price. Therefore, for change-of-mind returns, there is no separate shipping charge to refund.

If the item was defective, not as described, or if required by law, we will refund the full amount paid - including any shipping charges, where applicable.


6) Exchanges

If a replacement item is available, we’ll ship an exchange after receiving and inspecting the original (or earlier if damage is verified by photos).
If the replacement is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund or suggest an alternative.


7) Refund Timing & Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within up to 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

If the item shows signs of use, is missing parts, or isn’t in original condition, we may approve a partial refund.


8) Cancellations & Shipping Delays

  • You may cancel an order before it ships by contacting support@rorahub.com as soon as possible.

  • If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe (or within 30 days if no timeframe is stated), we’ll notify you and give you the choice to accept the delay or cancel for a full refund.


9) State-Specific Consumer Rights

We comply with all U.S. state refund and return disclosure laws.
If state law grants you more favorable rights than our standard policy, your state’s law will control.

New York (NY):
If a refund policy isn’t posted, customers may return unused items within 30 days with proof of purchase for a cash or credit refund.

California (CA):
If a retailer’s policy is more restrictive than “refund/exchange within 7 days,” it must be displayed; otherwise, you may be entitled to a refund under Cal. Civ. Code §1723. Our policy is displayed on the product page and at checkout.

Minnesota (MN):
If a store doesn’t clearly display its refund policy, customers may return unused items within a reasonable time for a cash refund.

Rhode Island (RI):
If no refund notice is posted, unused items may be returned within 10 business days for a refund in the original form of payment.

(We continue to honor consumer laws in all other states. If your local law offers greater protections, we will follow that rule.)


10) Lost, Refused, or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal, we can:

  • Reship it (with the buyer covering reshipping costs), or

  • Treat it as a return under Sections 2–7.

If a carrier marks a package as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact both the carrier and Rorahub within 7 days so we can assist with a trace or claim.


11) Damage in Transit

Report any shipping damage within 7 days of delivery.
Include photos of the damaged packaging and product. Keep all packaging materials until the claim is resolved.


12) Warranties

Some items sold by Rorahub may carry a manufacturer’s warranty. If so, we’ll help you access it.
This policy does not limit any statutory warranty rights or consumer protections under applicable law.
