PARTIES; AGREEMENT; DEFINITIONS These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) are a contract between you (“Customer,” “you,” “your”) and Rorahub (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”), located at 3419 Westmoreland Dr., Roanoke, VA 24018. By using our website, services, or purchasing products, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy (incorporated by reference). If you do not agree, do not use the services. Definitions: “Products” = goods we sell; “Order” = your purchase request; “User Content” = content (reviews, images, feedback) you submit.
ELIGIBILITY; ACCOUNT REGISTRATION You represent you are at least 18 or have guardian consent and legal capacity. If you create an account, you must provide accurate, current, complete information, keep credentials confidential, and promptly notify us of unauthorized use.
ORDER PROCESS; ACCEPTANCE; CANCELLATION You submit Orders by completing checkout (e.g., “Place Order”). All Orders are subject to our acceptance. We may refuse or cancel for reasons including product unavailability, errors in description/price, suspected fraud, or payment authorization failure. If we cancel after payment, we will promptly refund amounts you paid for that Order. Orders cannot be modified after submission unless we agree in writing before processing.
PRICING & PAYMENT Prices shown at checkout at the time of your Order apply. Prices may change without notice, but changes do not affect accepted Orders. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude sales tax, customs duties, import taxes, and similar charges; you are responsible for these. Payment in full is required before shipment. By paying, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge the Order total plus taxes/fees. If payment fails, we may suspend, cancel, or delay your Order until resolved.
SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RISK OF LOSS We process and ship Orders per our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees; carrier, customs, weather, or other events may cause delays. Risk of loss passes when the carrier takes possession; title transfers upon shipment (or earlier if required by law). You must inspect products on delivery and notify us in writing with evidence of damage/defect/nonconformity within 7 days.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES 6.1 Eligibility. You may return eligible Products within 21 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in original condition and packaging (unless our Return Policy states otherwise). 6.2 Procedure. Contact support@rorahub.com for a return authorization and follow instructions. 6.3 Return Shipping Costs. Unless stated otherwise on the product page or at checkout, you are responsible for return shipping (we may offer a prepaid label and deduct its cost from your refund). 6.4 Refunds. After we receive and inspect the return, we refund the product price (less any disclosed shipping/restocking) to the original payment method; allow up to 7 business days for processing. 6.5 Exchanges. Exchanges may be offered subject to stock; additional shipping may apply. 6.6 Defective / Not-as-Described. If a Product is defective, damaged in transit, or materially not as described, you’re entitled to a full refund including any shipping you paid, subject to timely notice and evidence. 6.7 “Free Shipping” Presentation. Many items are advertised as “Free Shipping” and no separate shipping line is shown to you at checkout. Our internal fulfillment costs (including supplier shipping) are included in our pricing and are not separately refundable; however, we will refund shipping where required by law (including where goods are defective or not as described) and as provided in the State-Specific Consumer Rights section below.
WARRANTIES & DISCLAIMERS Some Products may include manufacturer warranties in addition to these Terms. Except as required by law, we disclaim all other warranties (express, implied, or statutory), including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We strive for accuracy in product descriptions/images/content but do not guarantee they are error-free, current, or complete.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an Order or use of Products is limited to the amount you paid for those Products. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages (e.g., lost profits, data loss), even if foreseeable. Nothing limits liability for death/personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, willful misconduct, or other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & USER CONTENT All site content (text, images, graphics, logos, software, etc.) is owned or licensed by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view/print pages for personal, non-commercial use only; you may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit content without permission. By submitting User Content, you grant us a nonexclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display it. You represent you own the content and it does not infringe others’ rights.
USER CONDUCT & PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES No unlawful activity; no infringement of IP or privacy rights; no harmful code (viruses/malware); no harassment, threats, or defamation; no interference with site/servers; no unauthorized access; no automated scraping/bots contrary to our rules. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
THIRD-PARTY LINKS & SERVICES Links to third-party sites/services/APIs are provided for convenience; they are not under our control and we are not responsible for their content, terms, or practices. Use them at your own risk.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION; ARBITRATION; VENUE Before formal action, contact us and allow 30 days to resolve the dispute informally. If arbitration is elected, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Roanoke, Virginia, under rules of a recognized administrator (e.g., AAA); judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Claims must be brought individually, not as class or representative actions. These Terms are governed by Virginia law (conflicts rules excluded). Courts not subject to arbitration are in Roanoke County, Virginia.
MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date reflects changes. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice (e.g., email or banner). Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. For pre-change Orders, the prior Terms apply.
SEVERABILITY; WAIVER; SURVIVAL If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. Our failure/delay to enforce a right is not a waiver. Provisions that by nature should survive (e.g., IP, limitations, dispute resolution) survive termination.
STATE-SPECIFIC CONSUMER RIGHTS The following provisions apply only to customers whose shipping (or billing) address is in the listed state and supplement the general policy above.
— New York (NY) We must conspicuously post our return/refund policy. If no policy is posted, you may return unused, undamaged merchandise within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase; refunds must be provided and, under NYC guidance, you may choose cash or credit. — New Jersey (NJ) We must conspicuously display our Return/Refund Policy before sale. If we do not, you may return unused, undamaged items within 20 days and obtain a cash refund or credit at your option, with proof of purchase. New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs+1
— Minnesota (MN) Our Return/Refund Policy must be clearly and conspicuously displayed; if we wish to alter the default cash-refund rule, the notice must be in boldface at least 14-point. — Rhode Island (RI) If we do not post a return/refund notice at or near the point of sale (our checkout), you may return unused items within 10 business days and receive a refund in the same manner as paid. Justia Law
— Virginia (VA) Under the Virginia Consumer Protection Act, we must clearly and conspicuously disclose all conditions, charges, or fees related to returns, refunds, exchanges, or credits. Failure to disclose can violate the VCPA and may entitle you to a refund per statute. Virginia Law+1
NOTES ON “FREE SHIPPING” STATES If the item was presented to you with “Free Shipping,” our internal supplier shipping cost is not separately charged to you and is generally not refundable. However, where state law requires a refund of shipping (e.g., no posted policy when one is required) or where goods are defective/not as described, we will refund shipping consistent with applicable law and the provisions above.
