Refund policy

At RoraHub, we offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Eligible returns are reviewed and approved by RoraHub before processing.

Restocking Fee
A 13% restocking fee applies to all approved, eligible returns and is deducted from the refund amount.
The restocking fee does not apply to items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers may cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery.
The 13% restocking fee does not apply to eligible EU cancellations made within this 14-day period.
