Safety before speed

RoraHub has not received a certified impact-speed rating for this net. Inspect the mesh, seams, frame, and connections before every session. Start with low-speed shots and practice balls, maintain clear space behind and around the net, and never use a damaged net. Indoors, use foam practice balls unless your complete room setup has a separately rated backstop.

Which size should I choose?

Measure the complete floor and ceiling clearance first. The 2 m model is more compact; the 3 m model provides a larger catch area but needs substantially more space.

Can I leave it outside?

Store the net dry and protected between sessions. Long exposure to moisture, wind, and UV light can shorten fabric and mesh life.

Is setup time guaranteed?

No. Assembly time varies by person and space; follow the supplied frame layout and confirm every connection before use.

Shipping & returns

• United States delivery: Orders process in 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 9–15 business days after processing. Tracking is sent after shipment.
• 30-day return window: Request an eligible return within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Return costs: Approved eligible returns are subject to a 13% restocking fee, and return shipping is deducted from the refund. Neither applies when the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
